... facili, facili

Era quasi dimenticata in un mobile della cantina, ma non  so come non so perchè, ma ci siamo ricordate di averla.
Non so neppure bene come si chiama, forse CIALDIERA, so pero' che ci  permette di fare i WAFFER ... quei ventaglietti a griglia che con nutella o marmellata ... ma anche senza nulla che rendono dolcissima la colazione o la merenda...
ho recuperato anche un foglietto, scritto da mamma Tavolozza, con la ricetta piu' gettonata, quella che la mamma, preparava una volta alla settimana.
Ieri li ho preparati io ♥♥♥
100g. di burro
100g. di zucchero
180g. di farina
     3  uova
una bustina di vaniglia
zucchero vanigliato.
Ho montato le 3 chiare d'uovo...
ho montato gli albumi, ho unito i tuorli e lo zucchero, la vaniglina aggiunto il burro sciolto ma raffreddato e infine la farina.
intanto ho acceso la cialdiera e una volta raggiunta la temperatura
ho versato al centro, una consistente cucchiaiata ... ho chiuso la cialdiera e dopo 15 minuti ecco i miei WAFFER:

... una abbondante spolverata di zucchero a velo ... e pronti .
ho gia' un'idea per i miei WAFFEL estivi... 
gelato... gelato...gelato!
